Ingredients:
- 1 Pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist® Salmon Creations® Mango Chipotle
- 2 corn tortilla flats or 1 corn tortilla salad bowl
- 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- ½ avocado, diced
- 2 small tomatoes, quartered
Directions:
- Place tortilla flats on plate. Top each with half the lettuce, avocado and tomatoes.
- Add salmon to the top of each lettuce filled bowl. Enjoy!
