  • 2 (5 oz.) pouches StarKist® Premium White Chicken
  • 4 oz. light cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
  • ¼ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chipotle pepper
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • Cilantro for garnish


  • Place cream cheese, yogurt, enchilada sauce, chipotle pepper, lime juice and lime zest in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Gently stir in red onion, tomatoes, black beans and chicken.
  • If baking, place in a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and cheese.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or cut-up vegetables.
  • Serve warm or cold.
