- 1 cup cooked brown rice (or cauliflower rice)
- ½ cup steamed broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. shredded carrots
- 1 Tbsp. chopped scallions (white and green parts)
- Place rice in a medium bowl.
- Tops with steamed broccoli and carrots.
- Gently mix in tuna and top with chopped scallions.
