- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist® Chunk Light Tuna in Water
- 2 cups red and green butter lettuce mix
- ¼ cup sliced cucumber
- ½ cup sliced carrot
- 1 radish, sliced
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette or Italian dressing
- Place the lettuce on a medium plate. Top with the vegetables, almonds and tuna.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and toss well.
