- 2 pouches (2.6 oz. each) StarKist® Pink Salmon in Water
- 1 avocado, halved
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. chopped red onion
- Place the avocado halves on two plates.
- Spoon the salmon into each half. Drizzle lime juice over the salmon and avocado rim. Repeat with the second pouch and avocado half.
- Top each with 1 tsp. of red onion.
