- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist® Premium White Chicken
- 1 tsp. pesto
- 1 sandwich wrap (flavored or unflavored)
- ¼ cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 oz. fresh mozzarella, cut in 1-inch strips
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers
- Place chicken in a bowl and lightly stir in the pesto.
- Place the wrap on a flat surface. Top with a layer of spinach leaves and lay the mozzarella lengthwise down the center of the spinach.
- Lay roasted red pepper strips between the mozzarella slices.
- Spread chicken and pesto mix down the center of the wrap.
- Fold in the sides about 1 inch.
- Roll the wrap tightly and slice in half.
