- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist® Premium White Chicken 25% Less Sodium
- 2 cups spring mix salad greens
- ½ medium tomato, cut in sections
- 1 radish, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sliced carrots
- 6-8 cucumber slices
- 5 black or Kalamata olives, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Green Goddess Dressing (serve on the side)
- Place lettuce on a plate and add tomato sections, radish, carrot and cucumber slices. Add black olives and top with chicken.
- Serve with Green Goddess dressing on the side.
