- 2 cans (4.5 oz. each) StarKist EVOO® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 ciabatta rolls
- 6 pieces green leaf lettuce
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced thinly
- 3 small tomatoes, sliced thinly
- 20 kalamata olives, sliced in half
- 2 Tbsp. pesto
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Slice rolls in half. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each roll.
- Top lettuce with egg slices, tomatoes and chunked tuna.
- Top with olives and drizzle pesto over top.
