This classic Korean dish is usually served with white rice, lots of vegetables and gochujang sauce. We’ve kept the core but switched it up with brown rice and added a Sweet and Spicy tuna for added flavor. Enjoy this for breakfast, lunch or dinner! You can cook the rice and spinach ahead and reheat it while the egg cooks.
- 1 Pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® Sweet and Spicy
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- ¼ cup cooked spinach
- ¼ cup red pepper strips
- ¼ cup sliced carrots
- 5 sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. bean sprouts
- 1 fried egg
- Place rice in a bowl. Top with vegetables and tuna. Add a fried egg on the top. Stir together and enjoy!
