Ingredients:
  • 1, (4.5 oz.) Can StarKist E.V.O.O.® Yellowfin Tuna with Crushed Red Peppers
  • 1 cup plain hummus
  • 8 kalamata olives, quartered
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp. diced red onion
  • 1 scallion, sliced (green parts only)
  • 1 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup dried chickpeas
  • 2 large pita breads (8-inch), cut into quarters
  • ¼ cup crumbled kale chips (optional)
Directions:
  • Spread the hummus on a medium wood board or large plate.
  • Sprinkle the top with the olives, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and scallions.
  • Break apart the tuna and place it in large pieces on the hummus and vegetables.
  • Sprinkle the feta cheese, chickpeas, and crumbled kale chips over top.
  • Drizzle with any remaining olive oil and peppers from the tuna can.
