Ingredients:
  • 1, (6 oz.) pouch StarKist Tuna Creations® Lemon Pepper
  • 2 whole grain sandwich wraps
  • 2 Tbsp. hummus (plain or roasted garlic)
  • ½ cup baby arugula
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced English (seedless) cucumbers
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • ¼ cup diced tomato
Directions:
  • Place sandwich wraps on a cutting board. Spread ⅔ of each wrap with 1 Tbsp. hummus and top with ¼ cup of arugula, 2 Tbsp. cheese and 2 Tbsp. diced tomato.
  • Top each with ½ the tuna and roll the wrap tightly. Cut each in half.
