- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Selects EVOO ® Pink Salmon
- 1 cup cooked farro
- ½ cup diced pineapple
- ½ cup diced mango
- ½ cup diced avocado
- 2 Tbsp. diced red pepper
- 1-2 tsp. lime juice
- Place ½ cup farro in a bowl.
- Top with ½ the salmon, pineapple, mango, avocado and red pepper.
- Drizzle with lime juice. Repeat with the second bowl.
