Tangy and Sweet – you’ll love this flavorful salad! For a lower fat version, use only ¼ cup cheese and walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6.4 oz.) Pouch or 2 (5 oz.) Cans - Albacore White Tuna in Water
  • 1 bag (6 oz.) baby lettuce greens
  • 12 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 12 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1 pear, cored and sliced thinly
  • 14 cup light honey Dijon salad dressing

Directions:

  • Place lettuce on serving platter. Top with tuna, cheese, walnuts and pear slices.
  • Drizzle Dijon dressing over salad.
