Ingredients:
- 1, (4.5 oz.) Can StarKist E.V.O.O.® Yellowfin Tuna with Crushed Red Peppers
- ¼ cup chopped iceberg or romaine lettuce
- 2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) diced provolone cheese
- 2 Tbsp. diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. diced artichoke hearts
- 2 large sandwich buns
Directions:
- Place the tuna, with the oil in a medium bowl. Add the chopped lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts.
- Slice the sandwich buns in half lengthwise, but not all the way through. If you want, remove some of the breading from the middle. This will allow more of the yummy tuna mixture to fill the sandwich!
- Place ½ the tuna mixture inside of each bun and enjoy!
