Ingredients:
- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations®, Cracked Pepper with Roasted Garlic Tuna
- 1 small 6-inch pita bread, each cut into 8 wedges
- 1⁄4 cup roasted red pepper hummus
- 1 tbsp. chopped scallions
- 1 tbsp. chopped roasted red pepper
- 1 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Directions:
- Toast pita wedges under the broiler on both sides until lightly brown and crispy. (Don’t split the pita and then cut the bread, you need both layers to hold the ingredients.)
- Place pita wedges on a serving platter. Spread each pita wedge with 1 – 2 tsp. of hummus. Top with ~ 2 tsp. tuna.
- Sprinkle each wedge with scallions, roasted red peppers, and feta cheese if desired.
