- 2 (2.6 oz.) pouches or 1 (5 oz.) pouch StarKist® Premium White Chicken
- ½ cup diced Honeycrisp apple
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- Lettuce leaves if desired
- Place chicken, apple, cranberries and celery in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise and black pepper and mix gently.
- Place one slice of bread on a plate. Line with a piece or two of lettuce (optional) and top with ½ the chicken salad and 2nd slice of bread. Repeat to make second sandwich.
