Ingredients:
- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® BOLD Sriracha
- 3 – 4 Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1-1/2 cups spiralized English cucumber (~1/2 cucumber)
- ¼ cup diced red pepper
- ¼ cup shelled edamame
- 2 tsp. chopped scallions
Directions:
- Place lettuce on a plate. Top with cucumber, red pepper and edemame.
- Spoon tuna on top of the cucumbers and sprinkle with scallions.
