Ingredients:
- 2 pouches (2.6 oz.) StarKist E.V.O.O.® Yellowfin Tuna
- 1 tbsp black olives, chopped
- 1 tbsp. green olives, chopped
- 1 canned artichoke heart, chopped
- 1 tbsp small diced red or yellow peppers
- 1 tbsp. chopped sundried tomatoes
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 small Baguette or Ciabatta roll, sliced partially in half lengthwise
- 2 lettuce leaves
Directions:
- In a medium bowl mix gently together the tuna, olives, artichoke hearts, peppers, sundried tomatoes, and garlic powder.
- Slice the baguette and line it with lettuce leaves. Top with tuna mixture. Slice in half if desired.
