Ingredients:
  • 1, (4.5 oz.) Can StarKist E.V.O.O.® Yellowfin Tuna with Crushed Red Peppers
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained (15.5 oz)
  • ½ cup chopped English cucumber
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • 2 cups baby greens mix
  • 10 kalamata olives, halved
  • ¼ cup red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Dressing Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ lemon, squeezed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together all vegetables with olive oil and lemon juice. Add StarKist E.V.O.O.® Yellowfin Tuna with Crushed Red Peppers in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and gently mix together. Top with feta cheese.
