Ingredients:
- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations®, Cracked Pepper with Roasted Garlic Tuna
- 2 thick slices (~1-inch thick) whole grain bread
- 1⁄4 cup cottage cheese
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1⁄4 cup microgreens
Directions:
- Toast bread on both sides.
- Spread each slice of bread with 2 tbsp. cottage cheese. Top each slice with 1⁄2 pouch of tuna.
- Top with sliced hard-boiled egg.
- Sprinkle with microgreens.
