Ingredients:
  • 1 (4.5 oz.) Can – StarKist E.V.O.O.® Solid Yellowfin Tuna with Lemon Dill
  • 4 cups mixed baby greens
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 12 Kalamata olives
  • 12 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 8 marinated artichoke quarters
  • Chopped parsley
Directions:
  • Place 2 cups salad greens on plates.
  • Add 12 red pepper, 6 Kalamata olives, 14 cup cannellini beans and 4 artichoke quarters on top of salad.
  • Top with half can of tuna and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
