Shake up lunch with a touch of sweet and spicy freshness.
- 1 (2.6 oz.) Pouch - Tuna Creations® Sweet & Spicy
- 1⁄4 cup matchstick or shredded carrots
- 2 fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. creamy Italian dressing
- 1 flour tortilla
- 1⁄2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1⁄4 cup diced tomato
- 2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- In a small bowl, mix together tuna, carrots, basil and 1⁄2 Tbsp. Italian dressing.
- On the center of tortilla, place lettuce, tomatoes, 1⁄2 Tbsp. Italian dressing, tuna mixture and cheese.
- Fold the end of the tortilla over the above ingredients and roll tightly. Cut in half diagonally and serve.
