This salad looks beautiful with Tuna Creations® Sweet & Spicy along with the colorful lettuce, peppers, mandarin oranges and Chow Mein noodles glistening in the Asian style dressing.  


  • 1 (2.6 oz.) Pouch - Tuna Creations® Sweet & Spicy
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions, white and green parts
  • 1, 4 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2-3 cups salad greens
  • 2 Tbsp. crispy Chow Mein noodles
  • Optional: Asian style dressing – the Tuna Creations® has a nice flavor so dressing isn’t necessary unless you want more flavor


  • In a bowl combine tuna, celery, onions and oranges.
  • Add salad greens and toss again.
  • Top with chow mein noodles.
