- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® Hickory Smoked
- 1 cup brown and wild rice quick-cooking mix (Minute Rice or another quick-cooking rice)
- 2 Tbsp. diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. sweet corn
- ¼ cup black beans
- 2 Tbsp. chopped avocado
- Chopped cilantro, to taste
- Cook the rice according to the package directions. Place in a bowl.
- Top with the tomatoes, corn, black beans and tuna, and mix well.
- Garnish with the avocado and chopped cilantro.
