Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® BOLD Jalapeño
  • 1 tbsp. Japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie) (use regular mayonnaise if not available)
  • 2 nori sheets
  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1, 2 – inch piece English cucumber cut into 14 inch strips
  • 12 avocado, skin and seed removed, cut into 14 inch strips
  • Furikake and soy sauce to taste (optional)
Directions:
  • Mix tuna with mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  • Place 1 nori sheet on a cutting board.
  • Spread 12 cup of such rice over the center of the nori.
  • Spread 12 the tuna and mayonnaise mix over the rice.
  • Place 12 the cucumber strips and avocado at the top of the tuna.
  • Gently roll the nori to form a cone, like an ice cream cone. The cucumber and avocado may stick out.
  • Sprinkle with Furikake and soy sauce (optional)
