							Ingredients:
							
						- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® BOLD Jalapeño
 - 1 tbsp. Japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie) (use regular mayonnaise if not available)
 - 2 nori sheets
 - 1 cup cooked sushi rice
 - 1, 2 – inch piece English cucumber cut into 1⁄4 inch strips
 - 1⁄2 avocado, skin and seed removed, cut into 1⁄4 inch strips
 - Furikake and soy sauce to taste (optional)
 
							Directions:
							
						- Mix tuna with mayonnaise in a small bowl.
 - Place 1 nori sheet on a cutting board.
 - Spread 1⁄2 cup of such rice over the center of the nori.
 - Spread 1⁄2 the tuna and mayonnaise mix over the rice.
 - Place 1⁄2 the cucumber strips and avocado at the top of the tuna.
 - Gently roll the nori to form a cone, like an ice cream cone. The cucumber and avocado may stick out.
 - Sprinkle with Furikake and soy sauce (optional)
