Ingredients:
- 2 pouches (2.6 oz. each) StarKist® Chicken Creations® Teriyaki
- 4 Boston lettuce leaves
- 1 scallion, white part sliced, green part sliced in long thin strips
- Wasabi peas, sesame sticks, candied ginger, red and yellow pepper strips (optional)
Directions:
- Place lettuce leaves on platter. Fill the center of each with ½ of a pouch of Chicken Creations® Teriyaki. Sprinkle with some chopped scallions.
- Wrap the sides up and tie the wrap with a thin slice of scallion.
