Ingredients:
  • 1 Pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist® Salmon Creations® Mango Chipotle
  • 2 corn tortilla flats or 1 corn tortilla salad bowl
  • 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • 2 small tomatoes, quartered
Directions:
  • Place tortilla flats on plate. Top each with half the lettuce, avocado and tomatoes.
  • Add salmon to the top of each lettuce filled bowl. Enjoy!
