Ingredients:
- 1, (6 oz.) pouch StarKist Tuna Creations® Lemon Pepper
- 2 whole grain sandwich wraps
- 2 Tbsp. hummus (plain or roasted garlic)
- ½ cup baby arugula
- ¼ cup thinly sliced English (seedless) cucumbers
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- ¼ cup diced tomato
Directions:
- Place sandwich wraps on a cutting board. Spread ⅔ of each wrap with 1 Tbsp. hummus and top with ¼ cup of arugula, 2 Tbsp. cheese and 2 Tbsp. diced tomato.
- Top each with ½ the tuna and roll the wrap tightly. Cut each in half.
