- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- ¼ cup cooked spinach
- ¼ cup red pepper strips
- ¼ cup sliced carrots
- 5 sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. bean sprouts
- 1 fried egg
Directions:
