Ingredients:
  • 1 Pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® Korean Style BBQ with Gochujang
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • ¼ cup cooked spinach
  • ¼ cup red pepper strips
  • ¼ cup sliced carrots
  • 5 sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. bean sprouts
  • 1 fried egg
Directions:
  • Place rice in a bowl. Top with vegetables and tuna. Add a fried egg on the top. Stir together and enjoy!
