Ingredients:
- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® Cajun Style Tuna
- 1 cup cooked, instant grits or 1 single-serve packet of instant grits
- 1⁄4 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 2 tbsp. diced tomatoes
- 1⁄2 tsp. chopped chives
Directions:
- Cook grits according to package directions. As soon as they are thickened, stir in cheese to melt.
- Place grits in a bowl and top with the tuna and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with chives.
- Serve with a side of sauteed greens (classic) or roasted veggies.
