Ingredients:
- 2 pouchs (3 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® Dill Pickle Tuna Salad
- 1 whole grain, high protein bagel
- 2 pieces bibb or leaf lettuce
- ½ cup sliced orange peppers
- 2 tbsp. scallions
Directions:
- Place ½ a bagel on a plate. Top with a lettuce leaf. Top with ¼ cup sliced peppers. Add tuna salad to the top and sprinkle with scallions on top. Repeat with the second bagel half.
- Serve with chips and pickles on the side.
