Ingredients:
- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations®, Cracked Pepper with Roasted Garlic Tuna
- 1⁄2 cup cooked quinoa, multicolored
- 1⁄2 cup red and yellow diced tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cup diced cucumber
- 1⁄2 cup marinated artichoke heart quarters
- 2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 – 2 cups mixed greens
Directions:
- Place quinoa in the bottom of a 16 oz. mason jar.
- Add the red and yellow tomatoes, then the diced cucumber.
- Place the artichoke heart quarters on top of the cucumbers.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese on top of the artichokes.
- Pack the lettuce on top and seal the lid.
- When you are ready to enjoy the grain bowl, open the jar and let the ingredients spill out onto a large plate. Top with a pouch of tuna.
