Add a little spice to your meal with these little taco sliders. The spicy tuna topped with a cool and refreshing fruit salsa is a perfect summer treat. They are also a fun appetizer for a party.
- 2 pouches (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® BOLD Jalapeno
- 4 Corn tortilla “taco sliders”
- Mango Salsa:
- ¼ cup reduced sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup diced mango
- 2 tsp. chopped scallions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
- ½ tsp. lime zest
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- Warm tortillas in oven until just warmed.
- Meanwhile, mix salsa ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place tortillas on a platter. Top each with a half pouch of tuna. Top with 2 Tbsp. salsa.
