  • 2 pouches (2.6 oz. each) StarKist® Chicken Creations™ Ginger Soy
  • 4 Boston lettuce leaves
  • 1 scallion, white part sliced, green part sliced in long thin strips
  • Wasabi peas, sesame sticks, candied ginger, red and yellow pepper strips


  • Place lettuce leaves on platter. Fill the center of each with ½ of a pouch of Chicken Creations™ Ginger Soy. Sprinkle with some chopped scallions.
  • Wrap the sides up and tie the wrap with a thin slice of scallion.
  • Garnish with wasabi peas, sesame sticks, ginger and/or pepper strips as desired!
