Rice bowls are an easy way to use leftover veggies! Mix it up and use what you have on hand.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® Bold Thai Chili
  • 34 cup cooked brown rice (or cooked cauliflower rice)
  • 1 cup cooked diced sweet potatoes
  • 12 cup steamed sliced Bok choy
  • 14 cup chopped bamboo shoots
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
Directions:
  • Place rice in the bottom of a medium bowl. Top with tuna, sweet potatoes, Bok choy and bamboo shoots. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
  • Stir to enjoy!
