  • 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® Lemon Pepper
  • 1 English cucumber, cut into 2-inch pieces, halved and with the center scooped out
  • ⅔ cup plain hummus
  • 2 Tbsp. diced red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese


  • Place the cucumber wedges on a platter. Spread 2 tsp. of hummus in the center of each wedge.
  • Top the hummus with ~ 1–2 tsp. of tuna.
  • Sprinkle the diced red pepper and feta cheese over the top.
