Ingredients:
- 1, (4.5 oz.) Can StarKist E.V.O.O.® Yellowfin Tuna with Crushed Red Peppers
- 1 ½ cups linguine, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 12-16 cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. EVOO
- 2 Tbsp. Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Fill a large pot with water and cook linguine according to package directions, 8-10 minutes. Once done, drain.
- Add EVOO to a skillet and add garlic and tomatoes, cook 3-4 minutes until garlic begins to brown and tomatoes begin to blister.
- Add cooked pasta to skillet along with the tuna and oil from the can and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
