Ingredients:

- 2 avocados
- Bibb Lettuce
- Scallions, chopped
Directions:
- Slice avocados in half and remove the seed.
- Place avocados on lettuce lined platter or on 2 plates.
- Place ½ of each pouch in the center of each avocado half.
- Garnish with chopped scallions, if desired
