Tired of rice and grain bowls? This tortilla bowl is filled to the brim with shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo corn and our smokey chipotle lime tuna. It’s a quick and easy lunch on the go!

Ingredients:
- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist Tuna Creations® Chipotle Lime
- 1 tortilla bowl
- ½ cup chopped Romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup Pico de Gallo
- 2 tbsp. sweet corn
- 1 tbsp. shredded cheddar or jack cheese
- 1 tbsp. pickled red onions
- ½ avocado, garnish
Directions:
- Place tortilla bowl on a plate.
- In a small bowl toss the romaine lettuce, Pico de Gallo and sweet corn together. Add to the tortilla bowl.
- Mix in the Tuna Creations.
- Top with cheese and pickled onions and avocado if desired.
