Ingredients:
- 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist® Premium White Chicken
- 1⁄2 cup cooked orzo
- 1⁄4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1⁄2 orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 tbsp. shaved Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Place cooked orzo in a 12 – 16 oz. glass jar.
- Add a layer of red onions, followed by the orange pepper. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over top. Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Open the pouch of chicken and add on top of the vegetables. Place arugula on top of the chicken and finish with the shaved parmesan cheese.
- Seal and place in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy.
