Ingredients:
- 1, (2.6 oz.) pouch StarKist Chicken Creations® Southwest Style
- 1 cup cooked brown rice (or 1 microwaveable rice cup)
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup black beans
- ¼ cup yellow corn
- ⅓ avocado, diced
- 1 tsp. chopped cilantro if desired
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Directions:
- Place rice in the center of a bowl or small plate. Add chicken, tomatoes, beans, and corn around the rice. Top with diced avocado and cilantro if desired and a lime wedge on the side.
