- 2 pouches (2.6 oz. each) StarKist® Chicken Creations™ Ginger Soy
- 4 small Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1 avocado, diced
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- Chopped cilantro (optional)
- Peanut dipping sauce (optional)
- Place lettuce leaves on platter. Divide cabbage, avocado and carrots between the leaves.
- Top each with ½ pouch of chicken. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with dipping sauce on the side if desired.
