  • 1 can (12 oz.) StarKist® Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained
  • ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup corn
  • ¼ cup diced orange pepper
  • ¼ cup diced red pepper
  • 12 romaine lettuce leaves
  • Zesty Clamato® Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Clamato® Limon juice
  • 1 tsp. tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • ¼ tsp. sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. diced green chilies (canned)


  • Combine tuna, beans, corn, and peppers in a medium bowl. Toss with ½ the dressing. Fill each leaf with tuna mixture and drizzle with leftover dressing.
  • To make the dressing: Place all components in a small bowl food processor and blenderize until thick and creamy.
