Ingredients:

  • 2 (4.37 oz.) Cans - StarKist® Gourmet Selects® Sardines in Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 10 – 12 slices pumpernickel cocktail bread
  • 2 oz. goat cheese, softened
  • 20 – 22 thin cucumber slices
  • Fresh dill (optional)

Directions:

  • Place bread slices on a medium platter. Spread lightly with goat cheese.
  • Top each piece of bread with 2 cucumber slices. Place 12 sardine fillet on top.
  • Garnish with dill.
