Ingredients:

  • 2 (2.6 oz.) Pouches - Tuna Creations® Ranch
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 2 cups leafy green lettuce chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup corn (fresh, canned or frozen)
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 12 large cucumber, diced
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 3 slices crispy bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • Juice from 12 lime

Directions:

  • Place all vegetables and tuna in a large bowl and toss together.
  • Sprinkle with lime juice and serve.
