When using one, 5.5 oz can StarKist Autentico Chunk Light Tuna with Vegetables



1 Can (5.5 oz.) StarKist Autentico™ Chunk Light Tuna with Vegetables

2 cups lettuce greens

½ cup cooked rice

¼ cup sliced red onion

2 cherry tomatoes, quartered

2 Tbsp. diced red peppers

2 Tbsp. diced green peppers

6 black olives

1 tsp. lime juice (to taste)


  1.  Place 1 cup lettuce greens on each plate.
  2. Top lettuce with ½ rice, onion, red and green peppers.  Distribute olives and cherry tomatoes around each plate.
  3. Add undrained can of StarKist Autentico™ Tuna and Vegetables and drizzle with lime juice.
