Tuna Nicoise Salad

Other Serving Size
2 cans (5 oz. each) white albacore tuna, drained
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 cans (14.5 oz each) green beans, drained
1/2 can black or Mediterranean olives
1/4 cup olive oil
the juice of 1/2 lemon
- Toss the first four ingredients gently in a large bowl.
- Mix the oil and lemon juice seperately and pour over tuna mix.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chlled or at room temperature.
