Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pouches (2.6 oz) StarKist Tuna Creations®, Sweet and Spicy
  • 4 pieces of iceberg, bibb or romaine lettuce (about 4” x 6”)
  • ¼ cup matchstick carrots
  • ¼ cup diced water chestnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts or cashews
  • Saifun bean threads, softened in hot water 

Directions

  1. Place lettuce leaves on plate.
  2. Top lettuce with carrots, water chestnuts, nuts and bean threads
  3. Place ¼ of the tuna on each lettuce wrap
  4. Wrap tightly and eat
