When using one, 5.5 oz can StarKist Autentico Chunk Light Tuna in Oil with Jalapenos

Recipe

Ingredients

1 can (5.5 oz.) StarKist Autentico® Chunk Light Tuna in Oil with Jalapenos, drained

2 tortilla shells (soft)

½ cup shredded lettuce

¼ cup diced tomato

¼ cup Monterey Jack Cheese, finely shredded

Directions

  1.  Place tortilla shells on plate.  Distribute tuna over the shell.
  2. Top with lettuce and tomato and cheese as desired.

I've gotten to where I use diced black olives in just about all of my fish and seafood dishes. This particular recipe seems to be calling for that one ingredient. Can't wait to try this one out!
