1 can (3 oz.) StarKist® Chunk Light Tuna, Low Sodium

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (3 oz.) StarKist® Chunk Light Tuna, Low Sodium
  • ½ cup cooked pasta (any shape)
  • 1 cup cooked frozen vegetable blend (broccoli, red pepper, and carrots)
  • 2 – 3 Tbsp. Italian Dressing, Reduced Sodium
  • 2 cups salad greens

Directions

  1. Drain tuna and mix with pasta and vegetable blend.
  2. Put salad greens on a plate and top with pasta mixture.
  3. Drizzle with Italian Dressing.

Tips

To lower the sodium further, drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar
